You can pull the C41-C44 capacitors and solder the transformer secondaries in on the TPA-facing side of the footprints.
Or remove R11 through R14, and attach the secondaries to the "C41-C44" facing side of the footprint, keeping C41-C44 in circuit - though you're soldering to a surface mount pad instead of a through-hole pad if you do this. I'll see if I can squeeze in some through-hole "test points" to facilitate that mod.

Silly question, but the through holes for the Pro card Coilcrafts are far bigger than indicated on the recent board image, right?

Yeah, there's actually slots there, but the gerber viewer I'm using doesn't cut back the copper to the board dimensions, only to the drill dimensions.
The original PBTL card had big holes, as I wasn't 100% sure how to specify a board with plated slots. I've since successfully ordered a board with plated slots. Haven't gone back and revised the PBTL card yet to have slots, but probably will.

Almost got pricing done on the Pro. I won't call this the official number just yet.
Assuming I order 25 boards, the Mouser parts (every part except the output inductors) works out to almost exactly $85/card with 15% provincial HST added. Coilcraft parts brings this up to $111/card. Adding the PCB, shipping for those and amortizing the stencils/solder paste/TSSOP jig for programming microcontrollers/etc adds another $20/card ($131), paying myself $30/card to hand assemble them we're at $161 CAD. Budgeting a bit of excess to handle failed cards, 5 cards worth of mouser parts written off = $425, /25 = $17 bringing us to $178. Lastly, $5 for Paypal fees = $183 CAD.
So higher than expected... hopefully this is still reasonable.

The thermal pad for the Pro will be the same as the one on the standard Wiener cards. I went looking for bigger thermal pads I could put down, but it's hard to beat the 6 W/m-K of the H48G material.
