use either 12 or 18, irrelevant, no changes
R9 elevated to prevent shorts while clipping clips...... be creative, do what you like 🙂

just curious, what kind of preamp did papa mention in this presentation
which is specially designed to drive directly this big vfet amp without any buffer
are there any schematic can be shared?
(low output impedance preamp, i guess)
thanks.

B1, with minimal or shorted resistor in output route
first B1 ( non-complementary) had 1K there
B1 R.2 (complementary) is having it decreased, but you can short it
and there are few more preamps there, Wayne's line pre, ACP....... etc.

Singing Bush mono with THF51S.
90% finished.Both sound fine.
Thank you. Nelson, Zen Mod, Mark Johnson(soft start PCB) and Professor Nishizawa(Inventor of VFET/SIT).
When I was a high school student (25 years ago!), I heard Nishizawa's wonderful lecture.
His words encouraged my study and I am now an engineer/diyer making amps with his inventions.

Hello Yoshida San,
these are very nice monoblocks! I know these aluminum profiles -
makes a perfect solid frame.
Enjoy the sound

@yoshida,
wow, with integrated speakers, to make terminal for optional external ones maybe won´t hurt ;; )
nice construction!

Yoshida San,
Excellent work! (I am virtually bowing to you) 😀

These look fantastic, I like the proportion (and custommade chassis!). Agree with ZM‘s curiosity about the panels [emoji846].
Is this a speaker behind the capacitors?
What does it say?

Good morning everyone and best wishes 2021.
Can I buy the printed circuit boards Option 1: A + B (with 3W resistor set optimized for THF51/ 2SK182 down) as well as the price if yes how to proceed?

My singing bush is slowly coming together. Did anyone try to add motor run caps? Any recommended values / types (that ideally don't break the bank)?
