The SupperTeddyReg can go down to 1.2V, however, output voltage should be adjusted when the regulator is loaded.
What problem are you having with it?

Do you mean the regulators burned out? You may have a short circuit in your DAC.
To be sure the DAC isn't damaged first I need to try with 1.2V because both 1.2V regs (Trdient & pcb BII) burned.

A v1.0 (or v1.1 when ready) with a BJT as shunt device (MJE 340 + base stopper = 10 ohms) should work, shouldn't it Salas?
The problem is to replace the tiny smt Trident pcb with a much bigger one.
Vbe+Vpx2 upwards. 1.5-2Vo heavily with low Vp Jfet as error amp bjt load. Has been done for no26 heaters at 1.5V.
As I will need Vo= 1.8, Vbe (0.6) + V pitch off x 2 means that I need a Jfet with 0.6 Vp. Isn't the K170 suitable then?

In bigger case output transistors Vbe can be more than 0.6V depends on Ic also. You just check with your output BJT @ your running settings. 1.8V is well between 1.5-2V I mentioned so no problem. That #26 heaters one was DISCO's.

I think I spotted a mistake in the PDF. The BOM states Q104,204 and 304 not only as 550 - 560, but as 117 also.

Soon, I am finishing something with Crt. Any other mistake spotted? So to change and upload again. Don't change Mosfets if you can. Will work but a bit ''slower'' than tuned. The BJT can span from low to high. Gives narrower OLG and much higher Zo, but its interestingly open supersonic Zo due to lower capacitance. Its a VAS grade one, popular in modern power amps.

No, only in low. Gives 12x the Mosfet's Zo value in this design. But its flat Zo in band also, and open above, so its interesting. Beyond those extra 2 Qnumbers I have to wipe, did you find the guide would make you understand correctly? It was very difficult to write the least possible for something so configurable and wide application. *15031 in positive regs.
It is something to try in an actual application then and see. *I have 15031 also.
The guide was easy to understand for myself, but I have already build a couple of your regs point to point already. I would advise ones not familiar, to read it a few times first and then build, in order to avoid the usual "why it' s not working" questions.

At least there will be a reference text to ask focused stuff. Better than nothing.
Not a mistake, but I dare say you could also list MJE15028 as equivalent to NPN MJE15030 and MJE15029 as equivalent to PNP MJE15031. Only Vceo is different (120V vs. 150V) That's plenty for this application.Any other mistake spotted?
