Hey Cruser, you never had any problems with the mylar melting or warping on you in that light chamber?
by the way cruser i thought of something that might help in case you have cooling problems, the tornado, its a crappy car add on that increases air flow by concentrating it and spinning it making it travel faster and smoother, while it doesnt do much to the car it does increase air flow extremely, i was at a track meet and im always overheating and some of the other guys were using little hand held fans to cool off, and i bought this thing for my car, it didnt work well, but i attached it to this fan and man, i had no heating probs, to test it i put it up to a normal light bulb in my desk lamp(which usually gets so hott it burns your skin on contact, i got the scars to prove it) well lemme tell you after having this fan by the lamp, it felt as cold as christmas here in ohio, this may help, not sure, if youd like to try it in your project id definitely like to hear what you have to say about how it works!

first freeupyermind i am trying something new on this pj i always have to exparament to find what works best "i like that people pay attention to detail like that" and thanks for the props i cant wait to test this baby out
jcbklyny the mylar is holding up 100% my buddy has well over 500 hrs on that pj and its running like the day he took it home
freeupyermind do you have a link you could post to that fan i would like to see it it sounds very interesting
http://nukethehut.zoovy.com/product/TORNADO?META=FSTORNADO thats just a pic of the tornado, the smaller thing in the image i screwed into a crappy handheld fan and i tell you what it made one hell of a difference, but ive never tried it with a pc fan before, i know its expensive but i went to the local pep boys and found just the smaller one in a pack of its own and it was only like 10 bucks, ne way it works for what i use it for, but untill i make my own projector or one of you all try i wont know, and does ne one think the other big thing can be used i didnt buy one so i dont know!
heh, increased horse power and better fuel economy, hmmm wonder why, ahh cos it realy leans out the air fuel mixture in the carbi and u end up burning out valves, funny how they dont say that, stuff saving fuel get a turbo or a super charger if u want to save the engine and go fast.
