Ohh.. sorry for misunderstand, in your instruction specified 2x 3.3R, I thought R11 should be 3.3 and R11a the same, so I need to replace R11a on jumper right?
R11a was added after my prototype to reduce dissipation of the MELF.
You can jumper R11a in your case for convenience.
Better still use 2x 1.6R or 1.8R in series.
That will reduce the temperature quite a bit.

Thanks for quick reply. I used MELF 3.3R in series and parallel, total resistance now is 3.3Ohm. For now bias is 170mA and DC offset 5mV. I think need to write remark about this in your instruction that R11,R12 shuld be 3.3R in total means (R11 + R11a)
