Stepped over to the digital world for a while. I saw this enigmatic soul from Massachusetts rave up his band in a jazz club in Stockholm a while ago. Since I had a friend over visiting town we were out Friday watching bands so I was hungover like a church rat on a Monday at the beginning of the gig (on Saturday). Two gt’s and a Lynchburg Lemonade later I was dancing like a moron in front of this revelation.

Hard to stay afloat these days, feel you. I’ve deleted social media and avoid reading news to often to not go crazy.

Same over here. So much churn. Too much noise and fearmongering. I used to read the news over a morning cuppa, but now get too much blood pressure rise over the news. It's difficult to stop those habits (morning news) formed over many years.

In the meantime, I try to check in on the Australian Albatross. More calming than expected.

Yea. My fav tv show is ”Den stora älgvandringen”, ie The Big Elk Walk. It’s a few dozen hidden cameras in the woods in northern Sweden filming nature. Once (very once) in a while an elk or four steps by and gets filmed. I can stay up all nights just to watch nothing happening.
