One of my ”idols” as a toddler+. I remember watching the sleeves to figure out what beer they drank and what fags they smoked. So I could buy that and be as cool as them. Only to find out it was (of course) American brands and we had only the local sheit by the time.

Now that my setup, after a total thrashdown, has hickuply started to sound decently I keep the lathe going as many evenings as life allowes me to. I really enjoy it.

In some smoke filled ancient dilerium I gave away all my vinyls to a gal I was hot about’s little brother. Tons of originals went out and about. Don’t mention the war.

Anyway I found out later that a few hundred albums, probably kept in the attics at the time were saved in my disposal.

So I keep listening them through after alphabetically shelved them up, together with the new baught and nos caught.

Some of the oldies and goldies are almost unplayable. Local Swedish punk rock albums that is usually. They did not have an easy time through thousands of party evenings. But some has made it.

I won’t go down any other way but fighting.

Hello boyz and girlz out there,
I want to change the 'theme' to something else: Dirk started to build a nice little subwoofer. Eeeeh, there will be two -
this time stereo- sub.
I have bought some drivers from Italy - SICA 12 inch.
And a beautiful made bassreflex-channel from Sweden - Aeroport. This is for you Stajo. Swedish quality.
The project is in the beginning. Yesterday I was 'milling' the chassis and the tunnel into the frontpate of the case.
Took me some hours in the cold outside. So, perhaps also some time for me to get a warm bath...
Have a relaxed sunday!
Dirk

The point is of course, since my grand grandmother spoke the same language as the people buried in northern England at the time maybe we should just shut up and mind the business. On the other hand … well it’s not hard to see where this is going. The historians has written the first chapter, all of them. No one will the last. It is about when the world lived in peace. It will never be written
