Water is still adamantly liquid in my neck of the woods, though I admit having to clear ice off my windshield a month or two back... In South Florida, when the temp gets to 50F or below, the iguanas (the stupid ones that don't take to a burrow) start raining out of the trees, stupified by the cold.
