So, I have been debating whether to make a trip to Austin TX in early October for the Motogp race or attending my first Burning Amp mid month as I'll likely only be able to make one or the other. The current covid situation now has me leaning heavily towards BA. I'm left wondering what the fall will look like around the bay area (covid wise). A drive down the coast would be a nice break...

OK, I'm speaking from stance of someone watching on screen , and logically that - for real attendance, circuit itself is lesser part of overall experience

but Man, LS is legendary

I've been fortunate to have attended MotoGP at both circuits and Laguna Seca is my hands down favorite. Besides the iconic nature of LS, the organizers work hard to make the weekend a good time for race fans. In Austin it felt like we had entered a cash extraction machine with a side of racing.
We're really hoping that the big show will return to LS in the future and will be there for WSBK next summer.

Btw, last time I was at LS Kenny R fired up the TZ750 for a group of us hawkers. Wow!
