damn, Jaccolina
I think, he is not so bad as he seems to be.
But do you know what?
When I suffered from my hearing loss, and because of my symptoms of diplacusis, I can't say anything else, I'm just really fine now.
And I have a bottle of beer yet.
Not for much time, must have to say.

Stress or difficulty to relax, Brian ?
Thanks Jacco,
Not particularly...relaxation is easier than ever and stress levels much lower than before. Am told that all of the irritating symptoms are quite common post surgery of this type. The only one which is not improving is my blood 'thickness' stability....[INR tests at anywhere between 1.4 and 6.2!!! 😡]
Insomnia is slowly improving, but still not getting deep sleep. Sternum is loosing its bruising. The worst at present is hay fever! [Nasal back flow to lungs causes painful coughing fits. 🙄 Would like my BP to be a little higher. (still less than 110 over less than 70)
Take it that you are still very hard at work...any chance of a printed sternum brace?? 😀

I've read as such, though there seems to be little attention of the medical world to underlying cause(s)
Fingers crossed you'll sleep like a baby again before long.
which you already did , head-first ?
