amp camp amp resister mod

Hi everyone, I am new here so i donnu where to ask.

in the resister mod, if my card is made of BC546 instead of ZTX450, can i still add this resister 2.2k?

i just soldered the resister and the amp is getting hotter. the first few reading was 10.12v to 10.18 for both sides. should i.set.the bias to 9.9x side so the temp. goes lower?

btw. voltage at output node (prior to output cap) is having nothing with overall heat

if your heatsinks can't handle it (more than 50C at heatsinks) , remove 2K2

Scalloped potatoes in the oven, though it's with cheddar rather than gouda....

"Dutch" yellow potatoes, 2 cans condensed milk, one can chicken stock, black pepper, paprika, grated onion. profuse grated sharp cheddar dissolved into the other ingredients under slow heat & poured over sliced taters. It's baking at 350F. I smell the onion right now, I'll smell the rest as time marches on....






Edit - more like Au Gratin than trad scalloped recipe, but not all that much like either - I'm like that. Still smells good...
