as you can see - my Tanns are Pepperpot ones , while yours are Tulip equipped ones , so HF part of xover is mucho different
yes , go for System 15 xover as start , later you can fine tune what's needed - most probably just value of series attenuation of squawker and , depending what solution you choose for bass helper , maybe some series resistance for bass helper driver
if nothing else , when you have some time , measure at least Fs of Tann drivers ..... just to have that on file
