And for the zumba master: Today we fixed the gas and oiltank attachments to the frame, cut the rear fender to 180 degrees and took it all apart again for a new blow job with paint, no pix

mine Tinker Bell is progressing too
some work around camshaft finished ,
carbs split from two to one , new inlet manifold ,
new boxes for battery, electric and tool ,
new seat ready for upholstering ,
tank , front fender and new back fender with new mounting hardware are at paint shop ,
speedo case and mounting on risers ,
shock silent blocks redone from bearing plastic ,
new mufflers made of SS,
new bearings for back end
still some work to do - mainly on wiring and some mechanical
practically - barring engine case , every bolt was dismantled and inspected .... in the end it would be much different to HD wanabee as it started from factory ...... except few bearings and chain/sprocket set , everything new will be strictly DIY
will put some info and few pics in my blog , as soon I finish ..... in a month , hopefully
