Is that the stuff to make roast red pork or is that the chinese style? Mine is close to the chinese style. I have to use a small package to start, it gives me the red colour you see and then go 'ala Cal' on it. This time was really good. Green tea and orange juice along with some fish sauce, turmeric, demerara sugar, soy, ginger, garlic and some other things I've forgotten.

My wife saw me going for the second of two skewers this morning and warned me that would interfere with a great relationship. 🙂

Your place is set. Thankfully that's another of my wife's dishes. She's from Vietnam so that's second nature to her. I don't even try. I know when I'm beaten.
