That Tuna looks very nice. Raw or do you sear it?
Our meal was terrific but we were full too soon so only 2 kinds of shrimp. The prawn bisque with cloud fungus, the prosciutto wrapped morsels and the seasoned and breaded had to wait till this morning. Mmm...

From a wholesale supplier of the resto biz, notting beats an irs corporate registration.
Raw on the 31, seared tuna steak with a vanilla and heavy cream sauce on the 2nd.
Leftovers diner on the 1st, each year i overestimate again.
Top : pork fillet saté and peanut sauce.
Still a 3lbs tray of the various left in the garage fridge. 🙁
1/1 dinner ETA : 10 minutes & counting.

As with audio, i only use 'fresh' and best ingredients.
(close to 40 years of DIY cooking and working with major league chefs for a couple)
