The pictures catch the essence of the frail young kitten very well....they do what they need to do; they give a message......No amount of high quality lighting, lenses, photoshop would improve them. They are what they are. You will be pleased that our cat has now returned to a much better eating pattern, is slowly getting heavier and drinking well; she may with luck and care have a good life ahead. Enjoy that Vega woman....and your beer, but go slowly and have some left for later in the day!
