Also, you might want to get the Alpha-6A as it's the 8 ohm version. The 6C is the 4 ohm. But whatever fits your system best.
Judging from Alpha6C measurements shown here and my own Alpha6A measurements shown below (inroom, 1/8 octave smoothing; with bass units and Celestion HF-50 tweeter; X-over at 300Hz and 5,8kHz 1st order), "A" version has smoother response (only tweak I've applied is felt padding to the basket). I really like this midrange - it's cheap, loud AND sounds good! (This weekend the damn things are going to be tested out at an outdoor party playing various types of music as loud as possible for ~50 persons - in fact, I'm more worried about the el cheapo double-8" bass cabs keeping up and surviving... wishmeluck).
