Every Metronome plan is driver specific. You'd have to get 100 people wanting to build it with the same driver??
My Metronomes were built for a wood-products trade show -- we had a laser burn a faux wood finish onto MDF.
It took several weeks for them to burn in, but they have been in happy use for years.
BTW, where did the table of alignments disappear to? I thought I had saved it on my computer.

Will the Fostex FE 126 EN work in a metronome enclosure?
Would the enclosure design for 126 E work for the 126 EN?
Would the enclosure design for 126 E work for the 126 EN?
Yes, perhaps not optimally.
More or less.

Thanks Dave.
I have about 50-60 hours on my FE127 Metronomes now, I have to say they sound exceptionally good. They load my small-ish room very well. They seem to like the PP EL34 amp more than the 300B SE. I've had numerous Fostex systems over the years, but none this good. I have a $2k pair of speakers sitting on the bench now, and I haven't been tempted to pull them back in yet. 😱
(not sure why the left speaker looks like a leaning tower in the second pic! Thankfully looks ok IRL. 🙂 )

Thank you Steve, Dave, Scott, and everyone else who's contributed to this baby! It's a winner.

These are medium Qts drivers whereas the 300B 'wants to feel' what we nowadays refer to as a horn driver [low Qts], such as Lowther, etc..

Thanks GM. My other speakers are based on the Radian 5208 coaxial, which is 0.61 Qts. They're rated 95dB sensitivity....I suppose the Total Q helps explain why my 300B amp sounds a bit soft driving them..?
Since it expands, one can describe it as a half WL resonator [and I normally do to differentiate it from a basic 1/4 WL resonator], but technically, all TLs are 1/4 WL resonators as I noted some years ago: http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=3731407
