Around here GFCI’s are required basically anywhere a user’s feet could get wet. Kitchen, bathroom, garage, outdoors.
Unfortunately, “Ground Police” will always find the way to inject “Safety Earth” into any attempt to have a serious consideration of grounding and then, subsequently, suffocate conversation with endless “philanthropic effort” of “preventing deaths of many DIYERs and their family members”.
