I find the idea of mating the circlotron output stage with the balanced BA3 front end very intriguing.
One question tho: the BA3B schematic calls for a 10uF capacitor on its output. The circlotron schematic calls for a 1.5uF cap on its input. Which should I keep?
I think I would get rid of the output cap on BA3 and install input cap on dumb-O-tron. I will get back to this soon. Playing with speakers at the moment
I might try this in conjunction with F6 FE as well, although I am a big fan of the BA3 FE. Thanks Patrick, and you to dummy!
I don't need gain, so I am only interested, in the original design.

The Tubecad circuit suffers from high Zout, unless you use an output transformer.

My bet is a circlotron version of his headphone amp, which I had thought of implementing.

As far as I can remember, and the Search function can reveal, I have not published my Circlotron Follower.
And probably will not for the next 3 years.
It is not on my priority list.
And I am already 2 designs further, at least on paper / computer.
