Question: Is there anyone willing/able to set up some sort of ABx or double-blind testing of some cables, resistors, caps, etc? Not to stir the sh!t, but I'd love to see some good, accurate testing with results posted here later. I'd love to participate and see what I can/can't really hear, plus would love to see some of those who "know" the results maybe learn something. Just a thought.

But perhaps without the Speakers Of Doom. The job pretty well ate my life until about June, so I figured to finish painting the boxes and fill them up with crossovers, when I broke my leg hiking. Since these things are about 200 to 220 pounds (about 100 kg) apiece without the bevy of drivers, that's kinda put a crimp in horsing them around.

Make that the Marin side, north end of the GGB. (The actual Presidio Park is on the SF side.) ... And you should make the first sweeping right (to Sausalito, but not the overlook) and on down the hill to the tight right turn (down into the old fort park, back toward the North Tower / GGB ... 😀
