What type of board were the xo made on? Ive seen them in a few photos but have never seen a source.

Works quite well as the terminals just fit(with a hamer 😀) the larger holes on the side of the circuit board

Ah, I thought it was purchased with the terminals. Clever solution. I even have the right tools to do this (hammer).
still no word from Keokraf, cant pay by paypal or bank transfer, it had to be too good to be true, worth a punt tho. I don't think that Koekraf are legit. but I haven't lost anything.

I read about koekraf on some swedish forum, and they were all happy to buy solar power for "german prices" or something. I actually think it's legit but this is very very weird
Shorted batteries tend to go pop. Even the small ones will put shards of metal out in a 5m radius.
I wouldn't want to be nearby if a lead acid battery got shorted. There's a lot of energy there - I wouldn't expect a tiny confined box to hold it, either...

Does any of you guys know anything about the ND16FA here i Europe? i can see that intertechnik will have them in 65 days, over in the US parts-express says 10/06. I can't find any information from accusafe, but if there are any other places who might have them, i'm very interested
I (accusafe) will most likely be able to get a new batch the 10th of June, so that won't take too long anymore. I hope dayton made enough this time ;-)
Hello first post here, im planing to build my own Boominator and i am going for the standard design with 4 hp10 and amp6... So to my question I am thinking of have a switch to turn off one side of the box. ex. If you are in a place where you do not want sound on both ways. Do you think it will work or will the speakers that are off will take beating when the other side is playing?
This is not recommended because speakers play in both directions at all times. This would also change the box performance by effectively adding 2 passive radiators and that is a different box design.
Plus the fact that you'd end up running 8 ohms instead of 4 so volume would be considerably lower.
