YIKES! Either you have gigantic targets and chambers, or this is for some serious surface cleaning or prep...or...?Hi Howie!
we have 300-550A plasma current and 250-290V arc voltage. The EMI issues exist, but are quite under control 🙂.
I hope you are doing well,
Howie
Due to some serious mismanagement I was fortunate to get 3 High Bay LED fixtures meant for a Target store (they double ordered) for my garage shop. They are quite bright but all I could find in EMI was a small peak at 75 KHz. Other ambient noise sources were worse. I think the FCC rules have forced the vendors to make pretty good supplies. I needed a 12V adjustable supply to test bigger car amps and found I could kludge an LED supply to work quite well for that, and pretty cheap. These days the noise floor in a big-box store selling cheap LED fixtures is likely similar...lolol.
Cheers!

"Serious mismanagement"? I do not consider doubling an order of lighting parts an issue. I always make sure I have spares.Due to some serious mismanagement I was fortunate to get 3 High Bay LED fixtures meant for a Target store (they double ordered) for my garage shop. Granted, lots of spares means lots of storage space. But figuring out how to store the stuff is not a problem, it's a challenge!!!

The guy who sold them to me said he had something like 30 extras. Its a 100,000 sqft big box to light up.
For producing the sound of my new Oled TV via toslink through my active B&O boxes, I bought a Topping E30 Dac (AK4493) which includes a remote control for volume setting.
Loaded with features like 6 different fiters, multi inputs going up to PCM768 and DSD512 while being sized smaller than an Apple TV, this is an incredible value for money for just € 145,-.

I looked to see if these were the newfangled 32-bit chips, but no, they're (ahem) twice as good ... despite not reaching theoretical 24-bit specs.

Wow! I've seen the images, but hearing some slight background on how they were acquired is really impressive...as is the enthusiasm of the scientists doing the work! I wish we all had vocations so energizing...although sometimes when a system or circuit wakes up and say Hi! I feel that kind of buzz myself...To the long term participants of this thread

Cheers!

Hi all, WIth the obsolescense of just about all magnetic tape recording equipment I am hoping some fine person will agree to part with the SWFA Wow & Flutter board from their AP System Two. I appreciate any and all leads! Cheers, Howie
Hi Ed!I have a system 2, don’t know if it has wow and flutter capacity.
The silver option label on the back would have the Wow & Flutter box checked or exed if you do.
