Testing White Noise Generator Devices

I just ran across this thread. The manual for the GR 1382 noise genrator has a really good introduction into noise and its uses. https://www.ietlabs.com/pdf/Manuals/GR/1382 Noise Gen.pdf as well as the detailed schematic. They use a Zener for a noise source. However they grab a chunk of its RF spectrum and down convert to eliminate the 1/F problem. They also analyzed the probability density to confirm its randomness. It also has the circuitry for a pink noise filter.
I have need for a good reproducable noise source from 5 Hz to 150 KHz. Aside from the GR and the Quan-Tech I have found nothing. The pseudorandom + DAC is not flat to 100 KHz and I need that last HF piece. This circuit looks promissing. I'll build a variation and check it.
