Hello there,
I am (hopefully) wrapping up my FlatBT, by late Dr. Borivoje Jagodic, pre-amp. Based on documentation all looks good, power supply is solid, pot is connected, BIAS is adjusted on both channels, LEDs are bright. Now here is a question: How can I test it without power amplifier? I have a DENON receiver, can I plug FlatBT output to DENON input and, if so, what should I start with for pot setting?
Thanks in advance!

Headphones or a tiny speaker, from a toy, will do.
Should not regret if it blows, use a cheap one first.
And check for DC before connecting, should be below 100mV.
Blowing a Denon is like shooting yourself in the foot.

Unfortunately none of those B(What test equipment do you have? Scope, signal generator, DVM?
Thank you Naresh, I have few phone headphones so I'll go with them.Headphones or a tiny speaker, from a toy, will do.

Check the DC operating voltages first, and compare with the schematic. If they are correct,
you can connect the preamp outputs to the line level inputs on the Denon (not the phono inputs).
Then set the preamp volume control to about halfway. This should give a roughly normal sound level.
Not the ideal method of testing though.

Meter is essential.
And do check with headphones.
Denon is a very temperamental thing to fix, be sure of your signal before connecting to a Denon.

And if you can, build a chip amp, or buy a used amp from the flea market or whatever.
Using a Denon for experiments is like using a Rolls as a garbage truck (look it up, apparently a true story)
