With the pin factor things have gotten a little more complicated, I think I will need a wiki page for this. I have not made a wiki page before and my time is limited as work is sending out of town every couple of days, is there nay chance someone can help me out on this?
Chris asked for a commitment on the bearing so he could place an order with the machine shop, I gave him an order for 21 bearings with 1 extra thrust plate per bearing this will be enough to cover everyone's request at this point, I figure if someone backs out I will eventually find a buyer. If I have any more request they will be put on a waiting list. This way Chris can get moving on the bearing portion and I can fill him in on pins and other parts as soon as we get wiki completed.

If you are on the list, or interested in participating in this group buy, please ensure that your requirements are accurately represented on the WIKI page.

I did my best when setting this up but lost some edits when two of us were in there at the same time. Rather than do all that work again, it would best if you all checked your own entries anyway.

I do want two extra thrust plates. I have one of the very first Teres platter/bearing assemblies and it might be time to look at its' thrust plate. I believe the thrust plate material was changed early on and I would certainly have one of the original plates. I also have two spare platters. You can see where I'm going - spare platter + new bearing = new table.

Ok,
Chris is asking to place the order with the machine shop. He would like 50% of the funds before he places order and the other half on completion. What I would like is a $100 deposit for your bearing order ( the thrust washers only I will bill when I ship with freight) and I will ask for the balance with freight when I ship. I hope you have all updated the wiki as that is what I will be going off of. I am out of town this week so I don't have all of your contact info with me.

Teres Bearing group buy

For those who have sent in payments I will send you an email confirmation. For the rest I need every one who is serious about this to get their deposit in. Chris is wanting to place order with the machine shop. I am going to commit to cut off on Sunday and commit to order Monday. I will be out of town on vacation 1-22 to 1-31 but will have my laptop with me.
