How connect TDA1540 to I2S bus? (to PCM2706)

A shifter to delay to right justify and delay the left channel.
This is designed for the PCM1704.

Not exactly. I now what it is needed to separate LRCK to each TDA1540 (to left and right channel)...

i would like to do the same: TDA1540 in my Philips CD-104 Player connect with I2S outpu from squeezebox.
Do anybody know how to do this?

What voltages are required to power the TDA1540 ? 5v -15v and -17v ? Can you get 2vrms output ?
