160 have 4 wire AC motor.

A link will be very enlightening. Is it possible what looks to me like an AC oscillator is in fact a dc drive? 🙂
The Mk-II uses a 16-pole syncronous AC motor ddriven from a small power oscillator.
I have one sitting around waiting for a rebuild....
The electronics for the Mk-I is essentially the same, except for the "more modern" parts ;-)
