I will update here that I removed the 50Hz highpass filter and it's sounds better. It didn't really work. I wasn't able to play any louder with filter and it didn't filter out strongly enough.
Currently I think 4L bass reflex enclosure with 57Hz tuning would be better. 30mm port and 140mm length.
With subwoofer these could be in smaller sealed enclosure.

The idea to start this project came from Hifitalo - Paras autohifi ja parhaat kotiteatterit - Tangband W4-657sc. It gave me a little hint what size box and reflex tube would be used. The rest is my own design. It's modelled in WinISD and Google Sketchup.
Cool, wish i could read the language. Regarding the W8-740E subwoofer, can someone tell me if the designer opted to leave the cabinet sealed? Thanks!

I have this woofer sitting in its box on a shelf waiting for a project. They are such a low efficient driver that the amp i had on hand was insufficient. Putting them into a small sealed box doesn't allow them to fully reach their potential (they are monsters of an 8" sub) and so i found more 'normal' woofers worked better in small sealed boxes. It's a tricky woofer to design a proper box for.
