Hi,
TB1797 looks a very good fullrange. Truly a very wide dispersion fullrange. I took a close look at the link posted by DYNABLASTERTUNERS (6moons audio reviews: Boenicke Audio SLS ). I found very interesting the option of the designer on placing one fullrange over the other. This will result on a loss of high frequency off axis only in the vertical plane. In the horizontal plane, the response will be unchanged just as if it was a single fullrange. This will result in a good in room integration since lateral reflexions in room will be “more important” than ceiling and floor reflexions (this sounds good!).
Do you have any practical experience in using two fullranges, one over the other?

Maybe this wide dispersion means that there are less beaming issues for this particular driver if used this way? I guess most people don't jump up and down on the sofa when listening to music..

Hello,
"Do you have any practical experience in using two fullranges, one over the other?"
i would prefer the TB as an satellit
down to 100 Hz in my smallest horn FLUTE,
my experience shows better take two driver
1 front and 2 indirect, so that is not against the
Precedence effect - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.
My FAGOTT is bad in comparison to the new
double horns.
The TB will work with a cheap small bass also
in the KORNETT
take a look
