a.k.a. panelling? 🙂
Maybe so, I dunno
The guy I got it from calls it veneer. He's really into wood working, but it was the first time he used the stuff. He got it locally.
Wonderful job! Where did you find those shinny screws?
The bolt type things holding the baffle on?? Or the 2 goldy coloured ones holding the woofer temporarily? The baffle bolts are from Home Depot. They have an allen head. The driver screws are just some randoms from my collection of screws. I think they were for hanging a picture or something 😛 I plan to use black allen screws or bolts. Probably M4 bolts.

Yeah, those allen bolts with T-Nuts are great for holding baffles on and keeping them removable.
As far as my stuff goes, my 2 channel rig is sourced from either the Sony BD player or PC running XBMC, into my Aragon D2A -> Acurus LS11 Pre and Anthem MCA-2 amp. The little 2 ways are Hi-Vi M6a with Vifa XT25TG30. From 80Hz on down, I've got the tqwt's in the corners, each one employs 2 Peerless 831759s. The receiver is used only for television and movies.

Here's my Dayton TMWWs:

Very nice.
Thanks for the comment! Here's the build thread in case anyone was interested:
HTGuide Forum - Curved Dayton RS TMWW Speaker Build
Years ago I asked for some advice here on building something around the ATC mids.
I completed them last year, and the result can be seen here:
12" ATC woofer (SB75-314 IIRC), SM75 (non-S) mid, Morel MDT-33 tweeter. A 100L closed cabinet, 18mm plywood and 22mm MDF sandwiched, braced and further damped with bitumen sheets. The amp is a 3-way Hypex, 2x UCD180HG + 1x UCD400 per side. The crossover is an old active ATC crossover, probably an early EC-23. I'm going to throughly upgrade it in a new housing with a better PSU and better parts throughout.
The stands are a custom job from Towersonics.
If you're interested, some of the design points have been written here:
So, I built my own speakers
All in all, I am really happy how they turned out.
EDIT: Oh, I had a quick shot of the amp's innards online, too:

THAM15 and Fostex FE166En just built.
THAM15 is at the moment up side down, with it's mouth higher up from the floor, which gives a cleaner sound. I'm using miniDSP as crossover.
Excellent beginning! 🙂 Is that an old Macintosh power amp? At any rate, love the cool, blue meters.
It's the McIntosh MA6500, integrated 200W amplifier. Use it as preamp and poweramp along with The T.Amp Proline 3000 (1100W @ 8 ohm).
I just wanna share with you my new speakers. I use the sub with my previous speakers but now is used only for movies. the diy speakers have seas excell drivers and are made of polyester resign. The sub have one 12'' audax driver.
