That style seems to be popular design in Sweden and Norway. Looks like one of Tony Gee's speakers.
What you do with those tang bangs, if you have those Renegades? Use them as towel weights, so your towels don't fly away?
Also make some feet for your speakers. The blanket your 100 kg Renegade speakers are on, looks like it's being crushed to death 😀

A couple of pictures from my latest project. It's taking it's time (rev. 6 or 7 of the xover this far and probably more to come) but they start to sound really, really good. Warm and detailed but maybe a little dark sounding midrange. Deep but not very load bas, something of a "skin" (like a girls skin) feeling to the bas that i find really hard to describe.
It's a 2 way design useing a per of peerless 6.5" HDS 164 with phaseplug and a Vifa softdome - PL27TG35-06.
The box is made of 19 mm MDF covered with 4 mm plywood and a 3 mm gold anodized alu. front plate. Box size (inside): 20 x 26 x 110 cm.
Software used: Demo ver. of Lspcad 6, speaker workshop, Winmls, and M.J.King's Mathcad scripts.

You should paint an eye on the grill. Add some felt eyebrows and away you go 🙂

My latest project.
I helped a friend put together a set of these, and liked it so much I had to have a set for myself.
Thanks to Meniscus for the parts.
The speaker uses Ed's latest crossover for now.

Actually Dave, the Jimmy Buffett's are the 3.5 ways that I am (ever so patiently) waiting for the Coral's for.
I don't have a name for these just yet. They do look like something but I can't put my finger on it right now. Ideas?
