I plan to make a regulated power supply with two symmetric positive sources but I'm not sure my idea. 🙄
To explain a little, there would be a plate with a small adjustable control transformer and power sources with another transformer, filtering, etc ...
I made a pattern but there must be problem I think. 😀

What you have called 'power cap' is actually a reservoir cap. The bottom part of the circuit needs one too to drive the regulator.
The two top ground symbols should not be connected to the bottom two ground symbols.

And one more thing, you can't tie the bases of those transistors together like that and expect it to work.
You've got the idea of making a + and - regulated tracking output supply, but as you surmised by saying "there must be a problem," you're not quite doing it right.
