During the Gulf War, there was a lot of control over the media, and what we were allowed to see, hear and read. At least now, with the Net, they're gonna have a much harder time controlling the information flow, and the whole truth has a much better chance of being known.

However i follow your point, (i think?)....the jewish lobby...supported by the ultra right-wing Bible belt in the USA, together have a hugely unhealthy influence on foreign policy and Governement in general in Washington...no right will be done by the people of Palestine for instance while this unholy status quo exists.

Another one: The only reason why the Western World is rich is because the Third world is poor, and vice versa.
And another one: (more on-topic) what did the Bush administration do to PREVENT war in Iraq? To me: very little. The only thing we heard out of Mr. Bush's month is bald language.
They must have a very good reason (still can't figure out witch one exactly) to fabricate the proofs against Iraq. If they would put the same effort in peacekeeping as they do in propagating war I would have a hole lot more respect for them.

Are you trying to say that Jews inherit a greater percentage of their money than others? Because your implication is only valid if they do. And I don't think you can show that.
I grew up in New York City. The image of the Jewish small businessman was accepted by everyone, Jewish and not Jewish. But the real big money is not in places like lighting fixture stores, though that might yield a nice big house out on Long Island.
The real big money seems to come from places where there are not an overwhelming number of Jews. The subject of IBM was brought up. Founded by Thomas Watson. Jewish? No.

If you look at the quote in my post you can see that the word "Jews" has dissapeared. You can replace it with wathever you want. I just want to say wat I said: Not all money that's earned is worked for. In general... that's all.

I think a lot of people are too hung up on the concept of "rights", it is my "right" to do this, or say that. If you do not let me do what I want you are violating my "rights"
I think the far more appropriate term should be "privaledge". This implies accountability and responsibility. One does not have the "right" to free speech, one has the "privaledge" of free speech. It is something to be held dear and used responsibility. It is not my "right" to yell fire in a crowded theatre or to incite a crowd to riot. If I abuse the "privaledges" that a free and open society provide me, then society should withdraw these "privaledges".
Posting to this forum is not a "right" nor a "democracy" it is a "privaledge" granted to us out of the generosity of those who volunteer their time and money to provide it. I am very surprised that they have been gracious enough to allow this thread to continue as it has since there are countless hundreds of political forums, newsgroups, IRC servers and chat rooms dedicated to these types of disucssions. This forums goal is to share insights and information on DIY audio. If the moderators decide to censor posts that are insulting, dangerous, hateful, threatening or damaging, then I am all for it and support them wholeheartedly.
If you find this a "rabid opression" of your "right" to freedom of speech and democracy. Then by all means utilise your "privaledge" of free movement to leave, just don't let the door hit you on the way out.
