Somehow I get confused...yesterday the news here said that all is well...SH seems to be cooperating and there was hope a war could be avoided.
Great news... I'm happy and go to sleep.
A few hours later... America wakes up and it all gets aggressive again...S.H. is not complying according to Bush and he can't wait to hit Iracq.
What on earth is going on?
Can't they synchronise the P.R. machines ???
And how is this war going to be a retalliation for 9/11 in any way?
Fighting terrorism is a MUST but bombing a country at will isn't quite the same thing unless proof of terrorist activity is firmly established...not fabricated.

The agreement is that Iraq has to provide proof that it has disposed of weapons that the inspectors already know exist. In the first go-round, they did not do so.
Now, Iraq apparently is giving satisfactory answers to where some of these known weapons have gone.
Where it goes from here, I cannot say.

Germany and France are both great and respectable country. For me is a great pleasure to visit Germany ( I saw Munchen , Dresda , Berlin , Frankfurt , Hamburg , Schwerin and this year I have in plan to see the Rin Castels ) . I have friends in Germany and I know very well that the german people love peace . In my country Germany and France are the most admired country and everybody (95%) love germans and france people.
In 1992-1993 Germany was the first country how was recognise Croatia.
Many country blamed Germany that time for this action but they was wrong and Germany was right. Now , every one can see what do Milosevic at own people.
Maybe USA make mistake and react inapropiate at critics. I agree with that. But, if Franco-German peace plan will fail who will go in Irak and risk his life to get down Sadam ?

But if you really want to know, anything Milosevic did to his own people (including me) really was not as terrible as NATO bombing 4 years ago. But, if you want to say that he is guilty because he exposed us to the incomparable stronger (i.e. strongest) power, yes, among the other things, he is guilty for that.
