It looks like it shut down the power supply,

Double-check the outputs to see if you have any with broken legs.

I see that there is a bad driver IC as soon as i remove the board amp powers up perfectly .

Im changing the driver right now to see what i come up with

Something on the output driver board is defective Since i put the other
KA78T12 in the amp will Draw excessive current with the driver board in.

Ok i think i found the problem with this amp Once i REflowed the solder to the outputs and replaced the KA78T12 The amp started frying outputs.

So now i have to order new Outputs , driver IC's and A KA78T12

After parts come in I will let you know the Status
