Looking for suggestions on a 10 inch professional (sub)woofer that’s efficient (90-95dB) and has a low Fres (30-45Hz), while also having a high Qms and low Qts as well as a low Vas. This driver will be used as a woofer in a 3-way, crossing at about 200-300Hz.
I know this is asking for a lot, but I found a couple of candidates like the Eminence Kappa Pro 10LF, the Sica 10SR2.5CP and possibly the Beyma 10G40. If you have any suggestions I’d love to read them!

Domestic, but please don’t suggest run of the mill HiFi woofers, I need the sensitivity to pair with the mid and high section.
If you care to have a look at the TS equations, you'd understand that what you are asking is impossible. You can have only 2 out of the 3 characteristics (HE, low Fs and low Vas), choose what are the most important ones for you, for example HE and low Fs but with high Vas, or HE and low Vas but high Fs.Looking for suggestions on a 10 inch professional (sub)woofer that’s efficient (90-95dB) and has a low Fres (30-45Hz), while also having a high Qms and low Qts as well as a low Vas.
Reducing the output of a woofer is simply a no-no, so mid and tweeter need to be more sensitive than the woofer just to start with. If you choose a woofer that is more sensitive than either the mid or tweeter, you're doing something wrong.I need the sensitivity to pair with the mid and high section.
In order to have useful suggestions, you need to state what is the max sensitivity you need, the volume you want to use, and if you want a sealed or ported box. And the target price also.

@Ralf,
Easy now cowboy! I’m asking for suggestions, not a specific recommendation tailored to fit my exacting need, last I checked suggestions meant ballpark comments that would give me some options to consider and evaluate. I fully realize that a driver that does all of the above is not realistic, hence the only two things I specified to a higher accuracy are the sensitivity and the resonance frequency, the rest I left open for exactly that reason.

The Fs must be a challenge if you want a real sub, i.e. the first octave involved.
But subjectivly, if it's more for music than movie you can have a trade off around the top of this first octave ( around 40 hz) as -f3 or near -f6 imho.
You could look at a 8" + a radiator or a 10" from Faital for instance : that's true the increase of Sd bring a power feeling while not lowering the lower what you would hope.
I'm looking for myself cause the good price and subjective criterium around my trade offs : price, project, size towards not a 10" but a 8", maybe I will radiator to avoid Bass Reflex load perhaps : Haut-parleur Tymphany HDS-P830869, 8 ohm, 205 / 225 mm I chose this one because I needed a 8" not a 10" for the lower Fs.
But you have also nearer of the pure bass target you ask : Haut-parleur Tymphany XLS-P830452, 4 ohm, 269.2 mm
Faital - but there are a lot of 10" : Haut-parleur FaitalPRO 10PR320, 8 ohm, 10 pouce
just my two cents, hope that helps.

FaitalPRO are well performing drivers
Here is another one
FaitalPRO | LF Loudspeakers | 10RS350 (8Ω)

Thanks! I was just looking at that, I would be needing two per loudspeaker, so two 10RS350 4-ohm would work great.

Yes, absolutely, I’ll be using two 10” drivers per loudspeaker and I’m not too concerned with the lowest octave. Thanks for the suggestions!

Alright, here's a look at several approaches, I will be going with the 4pcs of SB17NBAC35-4 option as that's one of the best and most cost effective approaches, it also gives me the option to build a slim floorstanding loudspeaker.

Maybe a link that will interest you : voice coil inductance
It's about 8" though but you seem open to them as well .
