You would obtain even better results when going from USB to I2S. You can omit the WM8804 then.
Nice power button. Which make/type is that one ? Is it a latching model (so when you push it the contact stays closed) ?

Nice but you could have placed the DAC board closer to the in/outputs and therefore less risk on 50 Hz hum. Transformer board can be turned 180 degrees and PSU board and power switch are best situated at the front of the casing, far away from the DAC chip and analog outputs. 230 V cabling to the Euro inlet can be routed close to the side.

Is anyone on the East Coast US still waiting for parts ? According to the Google spreadsheet I have a S4 designation and the ship date was 12/16/13 but I'm still waiting for them to arrive, that seems a long time. The tracking number was not recognized by the website linked to in the spreadsheet.
