This is not true, these shapes are quite easy to DIY and even quicker than some prints and lend well to plywood systems but involve quite a bit of handiwork. I wish I could show folks how to put one together, but personally I have moved away to more automated systems to get even better shape effectsProblem is DIYers are hard pressed to make these shapes without say using a 3D printer
If anyone else has a serious prospective build, then it could form the basis for demo on how to implement this with plywood
So are you saying you have to cut many slices of plywood, glue these as a stack, and sand them into shape? Ikea bowls are already made and real simple to glue on the seam. 🙂
