is that 0.3mm , or 0.03mm Dia?
if 0.3 , then OK , even mechanical (rotating) tools are good for that ( aliexp. etc) but if 0.03 ...... I'm helpless
in Yore , wire put on Aspirine tab and heated worked , but with nowadays insulation , dunno

Well it actually is 0.03 mm
0.3 isn‘t really a problem.
Before buying more tools, I tried heating up the insulation (luckily it isn‘t ptfe). Need a magnifying glass to control all is off...

I've had a lot of luck with sort of sideways pulling on traditional strippers, too. I admit it's challenging, and you always need extra because the piece you're trying to use has a high rate of being rejected from it going wrong. Melting seems legit but gross. Solder pot?
You can also use a very fine folded sandpaper. I usually use a match to burn the enamel if it is a tranformer winding wire.
If you can get hold of a wire-wrapping tool, or sometimes a roll of wire for wire wrapping, they come with an insulation stripping tool built in.

The Xcelite SAS 3210 is kind of expensive but really, really good (strips 32 awg teflon coated easily)
I use a lighter and heat the coating then pull it off with my fingernail. I don't think it is the best method but it does work. I also strip it back and then trim the bare wire to length. I find it's easier to take a 1/2 inch of insulation off than an 1/8 or whatever you need bare. Good luck.
What I typically do is score the insulation with a sharp knife, and then pull it off by fingernail.
Same here... Roll the wire across the blade carefully with a thumb, then yank.
I've stripped a lot of ethernet cable inner wires like that for RC car projects.

- strip very fine wire, is there a trick?
