Let me get back to you on this .

I guess one of the caps was bad in my testoscillator when I powered it on it blew the cap .

I am going to fix the test oscillator and I will get back to the amp

If you haven't yet removed U1...

Do you have a clean ground (0v, no signal) on pin 3 of U1?

I get 0.00 volts on pin 3 of U1

I just noticed this . I get positive regulated voltage but no negative regulated voltage

Yes clean . And not sure if you seen the post above after I edited it .

I get + 15 volts on pin 8 but -1.08 volts on pin 4

Is this normal or am I missing the negative regulated voltage

It should have -15v.

Is the 3rd leg still the output ?

If so I will lift it off board to see if the regulator is defective of something is pulling it down

Ok I replaced the 7915 . Something is pulling the voltage down

Are any of the op-amps heating up?

I don’t feel any getting warm . I will have to go by some compressed air tomorrow and spray the op amps down

Do you have sufficient input to the regulator?

I get 27 volts on the input

A capacitor could be leaking. Suspect any tantalum capacitors.
