The problem I’m having now is I get 13 volts measured directly across speaker terminals.
The voltage starts out at 20 volts across speaker terminals and falls down and rests at 13 volts .
When using a meter to measure the voltage the protect light will come on .

Does it ever produce rail-rail oscillation?
Does anything change if you connect an incandescent lamp across the speaker terminals?

If I hook up a lamp across the outputs the voltage raises to 113 volts measured directly across speaker terminals

I think U10 is defective one of the driver ic’s .
On U10 I get 13.37 volts on Pin1
On U9 I get 0.00 volts on Pin 1
