the ground symbols in the second pic are power ground.
The GND in the first pic look like they are connected to pin1 of the XLR balanced connector.
You have mixed up your grounding and enclosure.

Yes omit the highlighted parts in pic 2 and you don't need 2 lots of protection diodes .
Thanks epicyclic,
Here's more complete that1512 schematic...the thing that's bothering me is....on this circuit protection diodes are connected to +15 and -15 rails...?
And can i mount 470pf capacitors inside xlr connector, and do i need to un-connect Pin 1 from signal ground to chassis?
I already mentioned...noob HELP

Thanks

Regarding protection diodes. That's what all gear uses. You have positive and negative signal swing.
Regading Capacitor, No. Cables should be straight connection. On my XLR balanced cables I don't connect the shell to Pin1, and all my gear is happy. Look at Rane note regarding pin1 problem.

....do i need another set ....
The chip dies if the inputs swing outside the rails.
Microphone levels normally never go over a few Volts.
One way clamps the swing to the rails. The other "leashes" with 10V leashes.
Either way works fine.
