Oh snap my negative 12 volt reg. is now sitting at -26 and will not adjust down with the pot.A quick check showed neither the IRF610(Q201)nor MJE15030(Q206)appear shorted.Any guidance as to where to start looking?
Look if Q201,206 show few volts between their G,S pins each. For 206 BJT look for ~0.6V between B,E.
P.S Check BC560 for 0.6V between B,E also.

-5.5v between Q,S on Q201 nothing between B,E of Q206 and only about 0.13v between B,E of BC560.

Finally i've finished my first BiB....
It will supply a v-dac II.

R101 2.7ohm + 3 green leds
Voltage across resistor is 0.90 v
for circa 0.340 ma...
is it good?

i think it draws about 200 / 250 ma...
i've measured with the tester non more than 200ma for about 30 minutes...
i think my setting would be fine...
