0.1A spare more in one reg maybe not something you will get to sound, iheaters is not exact and direct to signal work, for sure a thing to feel is one reg going to be few C hotter than the other to the touch.
No problem I will use the 0.1A more reg in the rail where is the red LED front panel indicator as power on.
Salas what's the best way to connect the reg to the the Valve Itch heaters: 2 wires or 4 wires Kelvin?
The first reg works ok but the 2nd reg with less CCS doesn't works ok, Vref LEDs D306 only lits depending the trimmer R305 position & LED D305 don't lit never.
Replace with the lower VGS unit you will find. The difference to lower VGS is going to add on your now 0.824V.
Do you refer to Q101-301 right?
The Q101 measured VGS 3.307V, the lower VGS that I find 3.293V, will be enough?
Worth a try. Depends on how much it will differ when in high current.
With the new mosfet Q101 3.293V CCS lowered to 0.815V across 0.68R resulting the two red LEDs voltage ref don't lit & can't adjust to a fixed Vout.
Unexpected goal failure. It probably reacts differently for VGS at high CCS than the trend indicated by low mA DCA test.
