Hi Salas,
One additional question about EPCOS caps.
What would you recommend to use on BIB for C301/C302 cap for my BHL phono: 10uF 100V 10% EPCOS (Mouser 871-B32523Q1106K) or Electrolytic 220uF 50V Elna RFS Silmic II?
I have both in my possession.
Thank you.
Electrolytic there for phono as mentioned in the guide. The noise minimization due to more capacitance is valued higher than a film cap's response and THD superiority in the case of feeding a very low PSRR high gain circuit as your phono.
OK, thank you.
I'll try C301/302 = 220uF 50V Elna RFS Silmic then and I'll let you know how it is soon.

Hi Salas,
Question again about BIB caps and my BHL. What would be your suggestion for C303/304: EPCOS 4.7uF 100V or EPCOS 10uF 100V? I also have both in my possession.
Thank you.
Its C104 or C304 for positive PCB sections film cap Zobel termination. 103 or 303 is if you choose electrolytic (R107/307 become a jumper in this option).
In the film capacitor case, prefer 4.7uF VS 10uF.
I see. I'll use 4.7uF 100V. tha that case, R307 resistor should be in place. Right?
I did see that IRF+ and - mini-kits includes mica insulators. It is very breakable and they can crack during shipment. Is any issue to use newer technology like flexible Si (silicon) insulators? Something similar to what I see on ebay today: 20x Transistor Silicon Insulator to 220 Insulation Sheet | eBay
One more question:
Since I'm new in DYI, please advise:
Do you guys spay some sealing or Nitro lack on PCB backside to protect your soldering from oxidation when your project is done?
Please let me know.

Don't do that, it will mess up everything in any case of rework. The PCB has solder mask and gold. Nothing is susceptible to ware there. Its fully professionally finished.
Yep, they will do. There are two types, flat and with collar. Those that have the collar, they can be a pita if the sink's hole isn't exact. And do not trust the collar, use nylon screws.
Thank you.
Don't use thermal grease when using a Silpad BTW. Adds thermal resistance instead of lowering it.
To use it dry as is from bag? No any paste?
