These aren't super efficient, but they have a very nice impedance profile for your SET - and most 300B amps will do well provided you don't need it really loud.

Elsinore kit parts drivers & built crossovers $3000 each.
101 db @1w1m Peavey SP2-XT about $200. I paid $600 for a pair but that was 10 years ago. Peaveys are smaller, too.
98 db @1w1m Peavey SP2-2004 I bought in May were $400 the pair. Huge, but so smooth. I listen @ 1/8 to 70 W, nothing like the 500 W they are rated for. Look at distortion chart @ 1% power - 2nd harmonic 20 db down 80 hz to 12 khz. Never seen that chart on another speaker.

"Any" two way Altec or JBL with the metal horns should work pretty good with your SET. Such a vintage used acquisition is hit or miss though; do you mean something you can just go out and buy, today or tomorrow?
rock12, Are you looking for good recommendations of new/used finished speakers you can purchase? DIY designs you can build?
Room size / shape?. Budget?. woodshop?.

..it's a little over $700 US for the drivers plus another $150 for the waveguides - then whatever it will cost you to make the cabinets + whatever cost you want to spend on the crossovers and other hardware. (..plus tax and shipping where applicable.)
Perhaps the Asathor is something for you:
Asathor - a JBL 4367 Clone
There are pictures and measurements in post # 7. Blueprint in post # 34. X-Over with impedance correction for tube amps is in post # 191.
All information is also available here, but only in German:
Asathor - Preiswerte Mannerbox - Der-Akustische-Untergrund
The Asathor delivers around 93dB / 1W and goes down to around 45 Hz (f3). For two speakers you have to pay ~500 € plus wood and finish.
