To get balance you need to replace both tweeters, but I guess you know that already. But to advice you on the crossover we need pix of the blown tweeters and the existing XO
Rather than buying a Chinese tweeter with unknown characteristics you might be better off buying locally.
SB acoustics have some very good tweeters and with very reasonable prices and modify the tweeter hole if needs be.
What is the diametre of the hole and the recess?
If the faceplate on the new tweeter is a bit smaller than the box recess you can always use body filler or felt to fill in any space
104mm Vs 110mm isn't a lot to deal with

Thanks @Moondog55 , i was looking at the SB acoustics one's on ebay sold by Wagner, but the problem is i couldnt find a 4.5 inch diameter one. here are some pics.
You might not need to do anything to the XO apart from adding some resistance in the tweeter circuit. That might need to be done if the new tweeter is more efficient/louder
Those dual 6 inch woofer with a tweeter towers are just one brand of MANY that come from MANY manufacturers. Thanks @AllenB,
Not sure what you meant by baffle step. (your suggestions are way too technical for me to understand)
Thanks, @Moondog55 link below. (Brand is Fenton, size 6.5 inches)

Some have the nuts to charge $$$$$$, while others go for $99 like yours.
To me, they all suck, including the pricy Focal/France crap.
Reuse the tweeter faceplate and fit a neo dome tweeter insert (use hot melt glue)

they sound ok. and i tried them out with the power amp and there was no distortion or anything unusual. of course the units sound like they are at a bottom of a well because of the lack of high frequencies. 🙂What's the bass and midrange of these sans tweeters? How do they sound?
Nice enough tweeter but size is different; 104mm the same as most Vifa tweeters and being 4R isn't a drop in replacement; with the link I posted it might just [ if you are lucky] be a drop in and not need much XO tweaking
That said I've not used either

@Moondog55 is there a chance of burning the tweeter if i drop in a 4 ohm one instead of the 6 ohm or 8 ohm
I can't answer that question without know what the values of the crossover are and making a wild *** guess, but the XO will be at a different point.
This sort of experimentation is very much suck it and see when I play around.

@Moondog55 , 6.8uf on the poly cap (yellow). and 6.8uf on the bi-polar electrolytic. i think the yellow one is for the tweeter right?
They are in parallel not in series, it's 6 ohms at the input at the back. anyway. i bit the bullet and bought the one's in the link below. these are 6 ohms and have a very high rating in parts express US.

It's a very good tweeter and if you do blow it you can buy replacement diaphrams. Crossed around 2500/3000 usually. You existing XO may just work
HiVi K1 tweeter has got a flange diameter of 116 mm, and the sound quality is in the ball park, or better.
I normally listen to music at low to moderate volumes. I think it should last. It's a very good tweeter and if you do blow it you can buy replacement diaphrams. Crossed around 2500/3000 usually. You existing XO may just work
Thanks for steering me away from an unknown brand/retailer.
Ultimately these didn't cost much more than the previous ones I was considering from AliExpress.
Check if the filter Is 2nd order...
For experimentation you should bring all the speaker teminations to the back or wherever, the woofers are considered One speaker electrically...
Good practice would tell to put the crossovers out of the box and keep the paths divided till amp terminals
Oh, I see the wires covering the coils in the picture.
The crossover rewiring and reposition Is still advisable...
Well, not entering in 'cables' territory, and others...
