Ah I forgot to say that the with dimensions one are made with 6 sheets of MDF of 5mm which one was in a hurry in a mould made with a gabarie. The baffle before A was worked with the numerical control, the black top pavement is leather BASANO.

That is beautiful work you have done. I'm wondering if you can tell me what the material is that gives the appearance of the dark line between the "layers" on the side. Is it just thin strips of a darker veneer variety? Thanks,

The sides or they built in MDF layers and how thick are the sides. Did you build the curved sides around a form or just did you use the internal speaker braces.
In addition, I have found that using acoustic foam can really over damp the bass. I had the problem in my speakers and had to rip the foam out in favor of a acoustic fiber material. It was a big improvement in the bass.
