Something to lighten the mood

My friends from the UK used to say "Lucas, Prince of Darkness"

Another saying was "Why do the British drink warm beer?; Because Lucas Engineering designed their refrigerators."
Truth be told the beer is cellar temperature which is maybe warm by North American Standards but I like it fine. :drink:

The little fella to whom I dedicated this thread, left us a year ago today on July 28, 2023. You can bet we did our best to keep our heads high and celebrate how much he offered through the years but as we near bedtime, I can't help but take a little time for myself. Perhaps this doesn't lighten the thread but it does help me to talk about it. I know everyone has/had the world's greatest dog but tonight please allow me.
Thank you for reading,
I hope everyone had a great weekend. The weather was perfect for one of little Bingo's favourite parks and we stopped at all his favourite spots for reflection time.
That was easy as there's a lake in that park. 😉

Abbey beer with herbs is good indeed, and most of them available at every supermarket. I like Hoegarden, a tasty white beer.
That said, I call Belgian beer "baby beer" because it comes in 0.25 liter or at most 0.33 liter bottles, not in 0.5 liter or one pint bottles, as we like it.

E=mc2 ± 3 dB Here Einstein’s consequential and far-reaching equation, the most famous in all of physics, is modified by a tolerance that has its origins in what someone thought would be subjectively acceptable in systems for reproducing music. I saw this first many years ago, was amused by the juxtaposition, and never forgot it.
